Our character is backed by a powerful foundation: over 400 pieces of state-of-the-art equipment from Typical, Aurora, and Jack. These aren't just numbers—they represent the ability to produce thousands of products of any complexity with benchmark quality. We operate openly and honestly. Our factory is a haven of secrecy: we always welcome your personal visit. You can visit the workshop and witness the quality of our work at every stage—from the first setting to the final finishing.
Over five years, we've built a team of over 400 experts, including 210 qualified seamstresses, 18 cutters, and 8 quality control specialists. They understand the value of every stitch. We don't limit ourselves to any specifics: our production processes handle everything from delicate premium silk and delicate fabrics to heavy, ultra-thin outerwear materials. For us, there are no "difficult" materials—only technological challenges, which we successfully overcome.

Отшиваем первый образец за 3 дня. На этом этапе мы доводим посадку до идеала и утверждаем финальную технологию обработки.

Масштабируем производство: от 1 единицы до оптового тиража. Контроль качества (ОТК) осуществляется на каждом этапе пошива.

Can you sew a collection if I don’t have patterns?
Yes. Unlike many manufacturers, we have our own design bureau. We'll develop patterns from scratch based on your sketch or photo, grade them by size, and prepare technical documentation.
I don't have any fabric and my deadline is looming. What should I do?
This is our main advantage. You don't need to wait for deliveries from intermediaries—we have over 10,000 meters of premium materials in stock in our own warehouse. You choose the fabric on site, and we start work the next day.
What is your minimum order quantity?
We support small businesses and premium brands, so we accept orders as small as one unit. This allows you to test out a style or create an exclusive drop without the huge investment of a stock item.
What does the final cost of tailoring depend on?
The price is influenced by three factors: the complexity of the design (number of knots), the selected fabric, and the batch size. Thanks to our in-house materials warehouse, we can offer a more competitive turnkey price, as you don't overpay to third-party suppliers.
What are the actual lead times for producing a sample and a batch?
A master sample (patterns + sewing) will be ready in 3-5 days. Lead times depend on the batch volume, but our in-stock fabric and state-of-the-art equipment from 2023 allow us to work 20-30% faster than our competitors.
How are finished products delivered?
We securely package and label our products (including those shipped with Chestny Znak). We deliver throughout Russia using your preferred shipping company. In Moscow, we offer courier delivery to your warehouse or boutique.
